As I continue to eliminate distractions in my life, narrowing my interests and pursuits to only three things (i.e., learning how to code, keeping this personal blog up-to-date, and saving more money), I found myself with more time (not out of time) at my day job! So stuck with work responsibilities but no longer distracted by multiple interests (i.e., fewer scatter brain episodes), I started improving some things, such as:
I became more focused, which improved the quality of my work and gave me a deeper sense of fulfillment.
What exactly did I do to become more focused? Three (3) things:
They are kind of sequential: (1) I narrowed my interests, (2) worked on what's left, (3) hence avoided stress.
