Writing or documenting my journey to raising my self-esteem has helped me a lot. I am able to reflect my history, the factors that affected me, and the workings of my mind.
This process of self-reflection itself is therapeutic. It allows me to slow down, focus on my inner condition, and think about how I can change things for the better.
I recommend that you start writing your thoughts and your reflections about those thoughts. And maybe even dive into the effect of those thoughts to your self-esteem.
Write about your journey, about your circumstances, about situations that occurred and that affected your sense of self-worth. I recommend that you reflect on your day and think about how you can improve yourself everyday.
