Happiness all about changing perspective. This means it’s something that we have control over. Perspective is a mental function. A function that we can consciously shift if we are aware of it.
If we are aware of the effects of a certain perspective, such as cynical view of life that makes us angry and affect the relationship we have with people, and then consciously try to shift this perspective to a more positive one, we can actually become happy.
All this is within our control.
