Losing weight might be the longest and hardest challenge that I have to tackle in my life. I have been trying to lose weight since I was 18. But, every month and every year, I continue to gain weight. Although my weight fluctuates up and down throughout the year, it has been increasing as I get older.
I was 129-130 lbs. in my late teens; especially when I was in the military. Then My weight gone up to 140-145 lbs. in my early twenties while I was in college. It got up to 149-155 lbs. when I started working. It seems that the more I gained real life responsibilities, and the less I have leisure time, the more my weight increases. I am now 158 lbs., ugh!
It’s only going to get worst as I continue to accept more life responsibilities. I wonder if I could ever slow down or reverse the trend by sheer will and discipline, and though developing effective strategies.
